What is Spot the Answer?
Spot the Answer is a mobile quiz game about picking the right answer quickly across solo quizzes, daily challenges, and friend challenges.
Is Spot the Answer pay to win?
No. Spot the Answer is free to play. Coins, theme tokens, purchases, hats, borders, and titles unlock more quiz content or cosmetics, but they do not give extra points or leaderboard boosts.
What are quiz coins?
Quiz coins are earned by playing quizzes, completing daily challenges, and claiming rewards. You can spend coins on eligible premium quiz themes. Buying coins is optional.
What are theme tokens?
Theme tokens unlock premium quiz themes. You earn them from invite rewards when friends join and play. Spend them from a theme page in Packs.
What are stars?
Stars show quiz progress and strong runs. They are earned by answering questions, winning games, and improving your profile level.
How do difficulty levels work?
Easy is gentler, Medium is sharper, Hard is tougher, and Extreme is the boss tier. In solo play, winning a 25-question run unlocks the next difficulty for that pack.
How does the daily challenge work?
Everyone gets the same daily challenge for that day: 10 questions from a selected pack and difficulty. Finish it to earn rewards and compare scores with friends.
How does Sneaky Spot work?
Sneaky Spot is your solo rival. Higher difficulties make Spot faster and more accurate, so speed and accuracy both matter.
How do pack levels and leaderboards work?
Playing a pack builds progress for that pack. Leaderboards focus on packs, so you can compete to be the best at Computers, Food, Football, or your favourite genre.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Spot supports head-to-head challenges so friends can answer in their own time and compare results.
Do hats, borders, and titles help me win?
No. They are cosmetic flex only. They show off achievements, streaks, pack mastery, and big moments without changing gameplay.
Do I need notifications?
No, but they make head-to-head much better. They let you know when friends challenge you, finish their turn, or beat your daily score.
How do I restore purchases?
Use the restore purchases option in the app. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and entitlement status is synced through RevenueCat.
What should I do if coins, ads, or purchases do not credit?
Contact support@spottheanswer.com with your account email, platform, app version, and the approximate time of the ad or purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support from the email tied to your account and we will help with account deletion or data requests.
